Like real delegates Hazerswoude-Rd – Martina is a student from Slovak, and she's staying here for five days, to participate in LEMUN (LEiden Model United Nations, for more information click here). The students who participate are from many different countries, like Slovak, Sweden, Holland, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary. That means that English is the main language at school right now, so everybody can understand each other. Even some lessons were given in English today. Yesterday Martina and I went shopping in Leiden, and we bought a lot of things. When we came home, there were delicious pancakes. Tomorrow the real conference will start, and the students will debate for three days about world problems, like the real delegates from the UN.
